A good follow on from physio. Qualified specialist exercise instructor for the older person. Exercises are adapted for the individual. Improves your balance, co-ordinates and strengthens muscles which help support your joints, knees, hips etc.

Activities of daily life will become easier;

-Getting out of the chair without your arms
-Stepping on and off a bus
-If you fall it will not be as difficult to get up

We are able to arrange pick-up and drop-off free of charge through Merton Community Transport.
